ExRotaprint is an industrial complex in Wedding, Berlin that hosts cultural and social activities. Formerly home of a printing machine factory, the 10,000 m2 complex was privatised by the Berlin Real Estate Fund and bought by its tenants with the help of ethical financial actors: German and Swiss anti-speculation foundations and pension funds: http://www.exrotaprint.de/
